To the wife Bella I will continue to pray for you and the family as I wish I would have been able to attend the funeral. Ive known the twins for years and grew fond of the both as we grew up together in the hood. I will continue to pray for the family and he will be missed. God Bless you all!!!

I'm grateful I was able to be witness to John's ability to "light" the room, with his smile, easy way, and pleasant presence, always. What a special man! I'm sure John will be cheering us all on toward heaven, still playing the team player he was on earth. Thank you John for showing us the way to be graceful, present, kind, dedicated, honest, and loving.
God Bless you Forever, and please pray for us John . . . .

John "Load 1" - I'm sorry to hear about your passing brother. It came as a truly sad shock. It was a pleasure working with you overseas and I will miss our conversations about life, love and happiness. You were a special person and I hope you rest in paradise.

John with his team on the most rewarding mission the TALCE ever conducted. We brought 1650 tons of food and water to the people of southern Mississippi immediately after Katrina.

What do you say in a time of great loss to the family, friends, community and a nation? The short time I worked with John at Scott Air Force Base you could just tell the kindness and dedication he had to his job and his fellow Airmen. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

My heart aches at the loss of my good friend John. We served together in the 118th but more importantly, he was a good friend. John would the one who would organize a Veteran's Day breakfast for some fellow members of the 118th. Even when he couldn't attend because of his military travels, he helped plan the gathering because he strongly believed in camaraderie and keeping in touch. He will be greatly missed.

John and I worked and flew together for most of our military careers. John was always there and always ready. It was a great honor and privilege to have served with him in so many places around the world. John will be missed, but I know he is in a better place, now. Thank you to his family for sharing him with us and a grateful nation. I pray for your comfort and blessings in this time of great loss.

Dear Family, I sincerely hope your grief doesn't overwhelm you at this time. A strong belief in a loving and caring God can be comforting and give us strength to endure. Prayer also become a great therapy and help to build our relationship with our Creator who cares so much for us. Soon all pain, suffering and death will be no more. (Revelation 21:3,4) A time on a peaceful earth when we can welcome back those who are sleeping in death. (John 5:28, 29; Psalm 37:29) Please visit jw.org for more encouraging information.
