Obituary of Oscar Thomas Berry, Jr.

Oscar Thomas Berry, Jr., fondly known as Teddy, was born on September 20,1958 to the union of Princella and Oscar Berry, Sr.  He entered into rest May 12, 2019.

We called him Teddy or Big Bro. as he TRULY was a Big Brother. If we ever had any problems, needed assistance with anything or just someone to talk to, he was there! Teddy Loved his family and his family loved him too, and if you were lucky to have him as a friend you were indeed a friend!

Teddy was preceded in death by his parents Oscar Sr. and Princella Brown; brother, Nathaniel Brown; aunt, Virginia Britt; uncles, LeRoy, Walter and Eulis Britt.

He leaves to cherish his memories, sons, Oscar Reed and Joshua Hanserd; grandchildren, Arianna Reed, Omari Reed and Joshawn Hanserd; sisters, Darlene (Curtis) Berry and Tonia Berry (James) Laster; brothers, Reginald Brown and Peter (Kenyata) Brown; stepfather, Nathaniel Brown; aunts, Cassie Cooper and Flora Dillard; nephews, Malcolm Brown, James Laster, Joshua Laster, Peter Brown, Reggie Brown Jr. and Reggie Brown II; nieces, Antonia (Roderick) McDaniel, Regina Brown, Raven Brown, Regga’Na Brown and Re’Ona Brown; and a host of other relatives and friends.
