Sending my heart felt condolences to cousin Thomasena and family . I was sadden to hear the news of aunt Menia’s passing . I will hold dear memories of growing up around her and uncle Thomas aka Mackie Doo. Thomasena, we are just a phone call away and know that you are in our prayers. There aren’t any words that will take away the hurt and pain, but trust in knowing God knows it all. We’ve walked this lonely road before and God is with you. Love you
Joeletta, Jeff, and Family

The Clergy Family Information Center of The African Methodist Episcopal Church express profound sympathy to the family of Mrs. Almena L. Myers in the loss of your loved one who transitioned from this earthly life to her heavenly home.
May knowing that others share the loss you bear be a comfort to you now and in the days ahead. In your quiet and solitude, as you reflect over her life and labors, we pray that you will find comfort and peace in the still small voice of God saying, “Lo, I’m with you even until the end of the world.”
“But for a moment the trials and crosses, weariness, troubles, and tears,
When we have passed through the valley of shadows, Then, oh, what glory appears!”
In sympathy and prayer,
Ora L. Easley, International Administrator, Clergy Family Information Center, African Methodist Episcopal Church

Our deepest and heartfelt sympathy to you Thomasena and to the Myers and Wood Families. We lived right around the corner from you and your family for over 50 years. I thank God for the friendship. I remember our school days together and your mother being so sweet and kind to me. She had such a loving spirit. Do you remember her directing my wedding? And hosting my shower at your family home? She knew just what to do with a rambunctious wedding party. I appreciate her and your family so much. They are memories I will forever treasure. May God comfort and strengthen you and your family. May God’s Peace be yours, Rev. James & Sabrenia Brunson Potts Mrs. Ernestine Brunson Faye Brunson Washington Charles Brunson

So saddened to hear about this beautiful, ingenious lady. She was my math teacher. A favorite teacher, I admired, always genuine and kind. She wore a smile of acceptance. After years of teaching, Mrs. Myers became a District Liaison for Attendance. Our paths would cross again__one of her assigned school was where I worked. We would visit and chat. Over these years, I thought of her and yes, attempted to contact her. Thomasena & Family- I send my Sincere Heartfelt Sympathy . I Will Pray for Your Comfort•
