Obituary of Grace S. Payne

Grace Shernette Payne was born on September 12, 1963 to Bernadean Payne and William Primm. She was preceded in death by her parents, Step-father Cecil Payne, Sr. and brother Ricky Coleman. Grace worked at St. Thomas West Hospital as a Floor Technician. She was a hard working woman and she enjoyed her work. Her dedication was remarkable. Above all, she treasured her family. Grace was a mother, Step mother and grandmother; she adored the time she spent with her grandkids. She also loved to shop, especially for Jordans. Her family was her life. She looked up to them and loved them beyond words. Grace leaves to mourn her passing and to forever cherish her memory, wife of 22 years , Floretta Cash; children Tiffany Payne and Dominique Payne; step-children, Antoinette Rucker, Kenyatta Stephens, Brittany Rucker and Carissa Cash; siblings, Cecil Payne, Jr., Cheryl Coleman, Darryl Payne, Pam & John Slappy; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunties and uncles.
