Sandra Latrice Utley was born in Nashville, Tennessee. To the late Pastor Dorris Patton Sr. and Jeraldine Patton. She received her Heavenly wings on November 17th, 2021.
She was an active member of The Temple Church. Under the leadership of Senior Pastor Darrell Drumwright.
Sandra was a proud graduate of Cameron High School in Nashville, Tennessee, and later attained an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies.
Sandra had exceptional interpersonal skills, outstanding leadership abilities. She never met a stranger and always had kind words to say to all she met. She was employed as a Customer Service Representative with many fortune 500 companies, including American Airlines, which allowed her to travel the world. Sandra was once considered one of Nashville's Top Models. She appeared in many print Ad campaigns. She also performed and modeled in Fashion Shows produced by AB Productions. Sandra loved life and enjoyed traveling, and was a great dancer. She was a fashionista, and she was always ahead of fashion trends.
Her life was always filled with purpose. She enjoyed volunteering with Second Harvest Food Bank and The Nashville Rescue Mission.
Sandra enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed decorating and gardening. Her home was always filled with beautiful plants and flowers.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pastor Dorris Patton Sr. and Jeraldine Patton, and her Grandmother Irene Irvin.
Sandra leaves to cherish her memories, three children; Tempest (Ben) Utley, Nashville, TN., Jarretta Utley, Nashville, TN., Jade (Chazlie) Utley, Nashville, TN; brothers, Dorris (Tonja) Patton Jr., Kim Patton, Avery (Adrena) Patton, and Keith Patton. She leaves an abundance of love and cherished memories to her seven grandchildren: Te'Shaun, Jaida, Jillian, Tyler, Christian, Jaden, and Caden. Also, Granddog Julian and Granddog Jack. Godson Troy Stockard, Devoted cousins Larry and Ann Martin. Devoted Friend Mildred Hendricks. And a host of other friends and loved ones.
