Obituary of James N. Page

Please share a memory of James to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

James N. Page was born on June 30, 1954 to the late Edward and Helen Porter. He received his education in the Metro Nashville Public Schools.

James was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Ricky Porter, Vernon Porter, William Page and Johnny Page.

He leaves to cherish his sweet and kind memories, lifetime companion Shelia Graves; sons James Page, Jr. and Kevin Page; brothers Charles (Bobbie) Page, Gary Porter, Ronnie Porter and Eric Porter; sisters Deborah Porter and Patricia Lockett; and numerous relatives and friends.

James’ favorite hobbies included fishing, playing cards and horseshoes, working on houses, and cutting the grass; more than anything, his favorite hobby was playing the drums. James played the drums for a gospel group named the Tennessee Travel. He confessed a hope in Jesus Christ at young age. James will truly be missed by all who knew him.

Please keep the Page family in your thoughts and prayers. Service arrangements will be announced soon.
