I worked for Roxy in the 90s and she was the best lead ever. I learned so much from her and it was a joy to be in her company every day. She was a blessing to all who knew her. I’m only sorry we lost touch. I would’ve loved to see her again.
May God bless the family’s broken heart. She was a woman of integrity and a beautiful soul inside and out., You were all blessed to call her family.

I had the pleasure of working with Roxanne for several years. She was the best Lead you could ask for, and was an inspiration to me and many others.
Aside from work we were friends who enjoyed talking about our families, her 2 girls and my 2 girls. I will always cherish many special memories. Thoughts, Prayers, and Condolences to her loved ones. You have my deepest sympathies.

Roxann “Rox” always lit up the room with her “Big” personality & that infectious, beautiful smile. She was my Lead at work for many years & I always knew if Rox didn’t know the answer, nobody would! I would go to her to get my work-related questions answered and then afterwards I would usually end up leaving in stitches from laughing so hard from one of her funny & animated stories about her personal take or opinion about various subjects & whatever was going on at work, in the world, etc. She made coming to work in our team so much fun & it was never quite the same for me after she left when she retired. She will be missed…Love you Rox!

Roxann. Friend. I've been remembering your beautiful face, your smile that lit up the room, your humor, the Christmas cards we exchanged each year and your genuine love & care. Mostly, I remember our bear hugs. That was always our greeting. May your bear hugs continue to be felt by your family & friends who love you so much. May God grant His perfect peace to your family. Rest easy and rest in peace my friend!

Roxann was the IRS glue that bonded a lot of us girls together. She organized our birthday club, and every year, she never forgot me on my birthday, or Christmas I will find a way to get threw without her birthday wishes. Roxann, I will never forget you, my friend. I love you dearly and will greatly miss you, your voice and your love. Keep smiling, keep shining. Love you, Wilma

Q: How did you meet Roxanna?
A: I met Rox when my family relocated to TN. & I began working at IRS on Southplace in 1987. We have been friends ever since then. I am going to miss our hour plus phone conversations, especially this past year. Even though she was having a tough time this past year, she had a beautiful attitude & never lost hope. She enjoyed life & never gave up. Her last words were, “God got me.” There is comfort in knowing she is
in no more pain & is at rest. You will be
missed, my friend. I will always remember you. Rest in peace. My condolences to the family. May God comfort & give you peace. Love you all
